Face of Peoria Makeover
Do you feel confident in the way you look? Do you wish you could turn back the clock of time and wake up with beautiful, flawless face? Does your smile brighten your face and reveal your true self-confidence?
Maple Shade wants to give one deserving individual a gorgeous smile, and a beautiful, flawless face. We want to hear your personal story or the story of a family member or friend that you are nominating. Maple Shade's Dentists and Facial Cosmetic Surgeon will give away thousands of dollars worth of dentistry, facial cosmetic surgery, and skin treatments to this deserving person.
Maple Shade Dental Group will work with you to make sure that your teeth and mouth are in healthy condition. We then can determine what cosmetic procedures that would be best for you. Some of our cosmetic procedures include Veneers, Lumineers, ZOOM teeth whitening, and composites.
Our Facial Cosmetic Surgeon will take the time to determine what you want and will ensure that you are well taken care of. The Doctor offers facial cosmetic surgery procedures like face lifts, brow lifts, and nose recontouring. Medical Spa procedures include botox, injectable fillers, Fraxel laser skin resurfacing, and laser hair removal, among others.
The winner will be decided by December 20th, 2007, and the makeover will begin in January 2008.
Please email in the information below and attach a video or picture of yourself, or the person you are nominating and send to makeover@mapleshadecenter.com by December 1st, 2007.
Cosmetic consultations at Maple Shade are always free of charge, so even if you're not interested in a complete makeover, you can visit our dental office for more information on teeth whitening, bonding, or veneers, or stop by our Facial Cosmetic Surgery and Medical Spa Center and find out more information on Botox, facials, or laser hair removal.

Congratulations to Janet Burgess for winning the Face of Peoria Makeover and Robin Carr for being the Runner up. Maple Shade Dental Group chose Janet Burgess to receive a gorgeous new smile and facial cosmetic surgery. Robin Carr as the runner up will receive facial cosmetic surgery as well. Last October we gave the Peoria area an opportunity to enter to win a full facial makeover. We received many entries and were able to choose two women to receive the makeover. Dr. Bill Costaras our new cosmetic dentist is doing the cosmetic work on Janet's teeth and our facial cosmetic surgeon is doing the facial cosmetic surgery and skin treatments on both women. The winners were selected based on the difference it could make for their lives. We believe that this makeover will provide these ladies with a new look and a new outlook on life. It has been our privilege to be a part of their life changing experiences.
